Is it too early to celebrate? We are in contract to sell our house!!!! And it's a cash offer! That means no suspense with them getting a loan! We are closing by the end of the month but get to stay in our house until the end of July when Dave graduates! Miracles do happen and prayers are totally answered! I cannot tell you how ecstatic we are here!

Bitter/sweet. We will be sad to lose you but I know all too well the stress of needing to sell a home and move across the country. I am relieved/happy for you. Did they give you what you wanted for it? I am thrilled you get to stay until the end of July.

ROCK ON!! So that guy came through and all is said and done! I am so completely happy and releaved for you guys. I don't know why but I get so wound up worrying about real estate with the market today.
It is NOT too early to celebrate, but be sure to see the whole process through to the end and don't delay the closing out of excitement. But I'm sure you won't.
