These last couple months have been a drag of sorts. I mean, no bike rides, and no family walks due to my handicaps. Just recently I got the okay to ride my bike! Well, hooked up to a stationary trainer anyway, if you can call that riding. So I ride it twice a day now, and for every morning "ride" look who comes along! Oh, my faithful children. Seriously, every day they join me on the bike, in the garage, while I pedal away for 10 minutes at a time. Sometimes for fun we mix it up and Mason sits on the front and Ethan on the back. Wahoo!

Another outlet of sheer joy that we have come up with is pictured below. There is a kind woman in my ward who has lent me a rather large walker so I can sit while making dinner, etc. As I mentioned above we really enjoy going on family walks and do it pretty often. And we haven't been able to do it lately until this blessed bundle of joy came to our home. When it gets dark, Dave loads me up on the walker, along with 2 other lucky children, the 3rd one walking, and we head off for a joyful cruise around the neighborhood. It's so great to get out again!
