Zucchini is only good for one thing- zucchini bread (with chocolate chips)! Otherwise I cannot eat the stuff. Too slimy. Well yesterday being the sabbath we had to make some sort of baked good so zucchini bread it was. And here are my darling little helpers. They did all the measuring, pouring, spilling and mixing. I'm so glad they enjoy helping me cook and bake.
(You really do spell zucchini with 2 "c"s. I even looked it up)

Slimy? I daresay you're cooking it wrong, Madam. I've repented of my rebellious ways and now enjoy zucchini. But only when it's warm.
I love your little helper hiding under the cupboards. That is a perfect little spot for him. And I think grilled zucchini is delicious- but I would take zucchini bread with chocolate chips over that anyday!

well, I would have to completely agree with you on the zucchini thing. I planted just one plant so I could make some delish bread with chocolate chips..sadly it decided to up and die, but I still got one zuch from the farmers market for some of that tasty bread.
