Through the Lens

Yesterday the boys and I watched a National Geographic dvd from the library called Through the Lens. It's about the daring photographers and what they have to do to get some of the amazing photos they take- like volcanoes erupting, base jumping, shark diving, etc. Well, in our house we too have a fun photographer. Our little Ethan. He's so good with gadgets. He works over the computer, the dvd player, the car cd player, my camera, and any other buttony thing he can find. Many times when Isaac can't figure something technical out I just tell him to get Ethan's help and sure enough, Ethan can do it.

Well, on my camera I have about 50 or so pictures that I didn't take. I'll put my camera in it's case and find it a couple days later, same spot, put away, but amazingly it has new pictures on it. Ethan the photographer has been at work. I don't erase all of his photos because to me they are fun. They show me what he thinks about, what's important to him, and it's fun to see the world from his height and his perspective. So this post is really to show you Through the Lens... of Ethan.

I didn't mess up, this one is meant to be upside down

And because this is about Ethan, here's a video that portrays his personality. Sorry it's sideways, don't know how to change that yet.

"The picture of the ceiling fan is rather artistic," says dad. Maybe it could win a photo contest? The "E" man would be famous ...
